The Design

A second study in the same material, made for a different entrance. Here the marble rod is capped with rounded ends and held by two slim rings instead of a full backplate, so more of the stone stays visible. The client asked for the piece to sit quietly against the painted stucco and to pick up the black metal of the door pull — nothing else. The veining does most of the work; everything around it was kept deliberately plain.

Let’s design one for your doorway.
